DELIVERY IN AUSTRALIA

Products that are ordered before 11am AEDT will be shipped the same business day from our warehouse in Melbourne. Depending on your location in Australia; delivery may take 1 to 2 business days.

The delivery times are Mondays to Fridays up to 5pm local time usually. Your parcel is standard delivered with the authority to leave, so a signature is not required upon delivery. We still recommend that someone is available to accept the parcel at the delivery address during office hours (for example your work address). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your items have left our Melbourne warehouse. A tracking link can be found within this email so that you can keep an eye on when your order will be delivered.

DELIVERY TO DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

Please make sure you are on the correct part of the website by clicking on the appropriate flag at the top of the screen. For the United States, Canada, the UK and Europe, please go to the appropriate part of the website to be offered a local delivery service.

Customers outside Australia may also be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.

Unfortunately we cannot yet offer international deliveries through our Australian warehouse. We are working as hard as we can to make this possible for customers in New Zealand and we expect to have this possibility soon.

RETURNS

We can imagine that you cannot wait to try on your suit once you got it delivered. In the event that you don't quite fit into your suit, then we'll offer you the opportunity to send your suit back within fourteen working days in return for a new suit in the right size. We do ask you to carefully read the information on our Sizes and Measurements Page before returning your suit as you will find specific information about the length of the pants and potentially shortening them. Please be aware that you can only return your suit on the condition that you send back the jacket, pants and tie unworn (apart from trying it on) and unsoiled including the original labels within the same delivery box. You would have to cover the mail costs to return your order yourself (unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item). Please contact us via returns@opposuits.com to arrange this and we'll make sure that you will get a replacement in the correct size very soon.

In the very unlikely event that you're not satisfied with the received product, we'll offer you the opportunity to send your product back within fourteen working days in return for a refund. Please be aware that you can only return your suit on the condition that you send back the jacket, pants and tie unworn (apart from trying it on) and unsoiled including the original labels within the same delivery box. You would have to cover the mail costs to return your order yourself (unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item).
